Yesterday, Rachael Ray released her brand new cookbook called Yum-o! The Family Cookbook

As successful as Rachael Ray has been in her life, one of the great things is that she’s giving back. She founded an organization called Yum-o! to give kids and adults an appreciation for good cooking and eating. Cooking is not a chore anymore, it’s a way to live a healthy life and to have fun as a family.

This cookbook contains recipes that both kids and their parents will love cooking together, and of course, eating together! The recipes are delicious, but make use of more whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, and less fat.

Rachael also talks about how to get the whole family involved, even very young kids.
